Text Box: Chocolate Boutique—Women’s Retreat Saturday, February 2, 2008 10:00-4:00 P.M. Join us …. “to taste and see that the Lord is good.” The retreat isn’t really about chocolate, although we’ll be enjoying some of that, too. It’s about connecting chocolate to the lavish and knowing the extravagant grace of God. During the Chocolate Boutique Getaway, participants will take part in four sessions, beginning with “chocolate for the Heart.” The other sessions include the Chocolate Tasting Boutique, the Chocolate Laughter Boutique, and the Chocolate Prayer Boutique. Cost for the retreat is $20.00, but you can save by registering before January 6, 2008 for only $15.00. Lunch will be provided. We will take time during the morning worship services to recognize those student who are home for the holidays. Text Box: C H R I S T I A N W O M E N S F E L L O W S H I P News………… The CHRISTMAS BAZAAR was another successful and fun project. We appreciate and thank EVERYONE (and there were lots of you) who took part and did a wonderful job. We made approximately $2,469.00. We have had some ladies volunteer to take officer positions for CWF 2008. Leslie Klein, President, Paula Krasnevich, Vice President, and Kim Klein, Treasurer. They will be installed at the December 6th Women’s Christmas Dinner. I would like to personally thank everyone who supported me the past three years as President of CWF. My fellow officers over the past three years were the greatest and made my job much easier. The Circles who gave me their support, I thank you and to all the ladies of the church who gave me words of encouragement and support, I thank you. And I can’t forget the one person who has been very helpful and kept me in line if I forgot a Voice article and that, of course, is Londa Blaine, thank you.
