Hang on to your life preserver! The North Eaton Christian Church VBS crew is preparing for a VBS water park adventure. We are getting ready to TAKE THE PLUNGE and MAKE A SPLASH WITH JESUS! As kids move from one whirlwind activity to the next, they will be soaking up lessons that will last for a lifetime.

We need your help! This year’s theme is based around a water park. Do you have extra beach towels, beach umbrellas, a kiddie swimming pool, or other beach-water park type items? We would like to borrow them to decorate our classrooms and gathering areas for VBS. Or if you see some fun items at the dollar store and would be willing to donate them. If you can help please see Park Director Polly Tallos or Asst Directors Melissa Folk and Robin Galvin.

DINNER AT VBS! Take a Plunge!
If you can help with donations of food or money to purchase the food please call
CINDY THOMPSON 440-365-4942 as soon as possible. Last year’s dinners were a huge success and greatly appreciated by the parents. They were made possible by your generous donations and those of local businesses.

CRAFT SUPPLIES NEEDED: (Any questions see Karen Klinect)
50-75 medium baby food jars with lids, 50-75 large baby food jars with lids,
3 large plastic party tubs (the kind you put ice & pop in)

Text Box: Lorain County Fair—–August 20 –26, 2007
This is a very important week in the life of our church. We have had the “food booth” under the grandstand for over 45 years! It is a lot of work but it is a fun week.
Save a day or two or three in your busy schedule to come out to the fair and be a part of our work crew. Some people even save vacation days to be with us!
