The North Eaton Christian Church VBS crew is preparing for a VBS water park adventure. We are getting ready to TAKE THE PLUNGE and MAKE A SPLASH WITH JESUS! As kids move from one whirlwind activity to the next, they will be soaking up lessons that will last for a lifetime. We need your help! This year’s theme is based around a water park. Do you have extra beach towels, beach umbrellas, a kiddie swimming pool, or other beach-water park type items? We would like to borrow them to decorate our classrooms and gathering areas for VBS. Or if you see some fun items at the dollar store and would be willing to donate them. If you can help please see Park Director Polly Tallos or Asst Directors Melissa Folk and Robin Galvin. DINNER AT VBS! Take a Plunge! The VBS committee has come up with a plan to help the parents of the children who will be attending our VBS. We will be offering dinner at 5:30 P.M. (before VBS @ 6:00). Hopefully this will help parents feel less rushed as they get home from work and get ready to come to VBS. If you can help with donations of food or money to purchase the food please call CINDY THOMPSON 440-365-4942 as soon as possible. Last year’s dinners were a huge success and greatly appreciated by the parents. They were made possible by your generous donations and those of local businesses.
