Text Box: CHRISTIAN WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP

Well, it is the end of another year and it was a very good year. We had a profit of $2708.19 from our 2006 annual Christmas Bazaar. Again, I would like to thank everyone for their part in the bazaar and for making it a success.

Thank you to all the women who volunteered to deliver the gifts for the shut-in’s for Christmas and other special days throughout the year. Please check the board in the fellowship hall and continue to remember them, not just during the holidays, but throughout their recovery.

CWF Executive Board will meet on January 8th at 7 p.m. to prepare the budget for 2007 and to finalize plans for 2007.

SAVE THE DATE: Tentatively, February 24th will be our next general meeting. This is our annual Soup and Sandwich lunch. A speaker from Hospice of the Western Reserve will speak on Hospice Services that are available to you and your family. More details will be coming later in January.

All women of NECC belong to CWF and are encouraged to attend our meetings. We are always looking for people who are willing to make time to share their time and energy with others. We all have busy schedules, but it is important to our spiritual growth that we make time for others. If you have any questions or ideas for our organization, please contact Laura Kuhn at 327-5219 or at randykuhn@hotmail.com.

Text Box: “THANK YOU for all your Christmas gifts, cards, and overwhelming expressions of love that we received during this Christmas season.”
							    Paul and Michaelene Durbin
Text Box: “My deep and grateful thanks to the church family for the many presents this Christmas. I was overwhelmed by the varied and special gifts. You gave me food for my body and food for my soul, and I ask for God’s blessings on you all.” Thank you, Judy
Text Box: Dear Church Family,
Thank you for the many gifts during the Christmas season. What fun it was to come into my office and find my desk overflowing with gifts! Thank you for your generosity. My family thanks you too. They have all enjoyed the delicious baked goods. The gift cards and other items are appreciated very much. This is a very special place to work and I am truly blessed to be here. Love, Londa
Text Box: “My thanks to EVERYONE who helped with the J3 concert—–those who brought snacks, helped set up,
Clean up, donated canned goods and cash to NECC food basket ministry….and to all who simply attended and enjoyed the wonderful evening! Concert-goers donated $56.00 and a shopping cart full of goods. I appreciate your support of what was a very special night for me personally, and also for your interest in NECC’s “Very Occasional Concert Series”. Diana Tyler

Text Box: THANK YOU to all the “party people” who brought gifts and donations for the Cleveland Christian Home to the Christmas Dinner at Ed and Angie Carter’s home on Dec. 10th. We collected $385.00 and $30.00 in gift cards. When added to the money raised from the Cookie Sale, we were able to donate $810.00 to the CCH. Thank You, Polly Tallos
